CIRCULAR LETTER: 29th/SEP/2020
To all parents and guardians of S4 and S6 candidates:
Christian greetings from Katikamu SDA secondary school. We thank the almighty God whose Grace has been sufficient for all of us during this difficult period.
Following the presidential address on Sunday 19th/09/2020, a directive was issued to re-open schools on 15th/10/2020 I wish therefore to guide you as follows;
REVISED SCHOOL CALENDER:
TERM 2: Thursday 15th/October/2020 to Friday 18th/December/2020
TERM 3: Monday 11th/January/2021 to Friday 30th/April/2021
TERM 2 HOLIDAY: Saturday 19th/DEC/2020 to SUNDAY 10TH/January /2021
UCE/UACE EXAMINATION:
22ND/Oct/2020 to 20th/Nov/2020 – Registration of candidates
26th/February/2021 – briefing of UCE Candidates
1st/march/2021 to 6th/April/2021 – UCE Examinations
9th/April/2021 – Briefing of UACE candidates
12th/April to 3rd /May/2021 – UACE Examination
REOPENING DATES:
S.4 Candidates report on 11th/10/2020
S.6 candidates report on 12th/10/2020
Reporting time is between 9:00am to 5:00PM
SCHOOL FEES:
Both S.4 and S.6 students shall pay term 2 fees as per the approved school budget of 2020 which is 905,000 shs. Those who had not paid registration fees in Term 1 should do so immediately. All payments shall be by school pay, using the student’s code. Each student should come along with a ream of printing papers, a carton of toilet papers and a pair of masks.
STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES
Schools have been guided on the standard operating procedures which we have put in place to ensure safety of both our staff and students
The school shall ensure social distancing, hand washing, sanitizing and wearing masks.
I appeal to all parents /guardians to continue sensitizing the children about the SOPs in order to stay safe.

How do we get the students school code through which we pay school fees without going to Bank? If there is that provision please help me, my student is called Rukundo Eria at CUC scheme so I will be thankful for your reply
